Sugandh kokila essential oil is derived from Cinnamomum Glaucescens. It is an evergreen tree and native to Himalayan regions of Nepal, India, Bhutan and Myanmar.It is commonly known as cinnamon berry all around the glob. Sugandh kokila is very useful in many health related issues. It is one of those essential oils that come with a unique fragrance. This oil is extracted from the fruits of the plants after drying.
Sugandh kokila is believed to be used since ancient times and as per Ayurveda, it highly helps in increasing the Prana or life force of human being when used in an appropriate manner. According to Ayurveda, it helps you in benefiting the chakras.
